Can I undo that letter?

How on earth can you fuck this up? It’s impossible! IMPOSSIBLE!

The parents of a girl who died suddenly two months ago have been sent a letter from her school demanding she improves her attendance or she can’t attend prom.

Yikes! If that’s not bad enough, the letter was SIGNED by the Deputy headmaster. One of his students fucking DIED two months ago and he doesn’t know this girl from Eve. “Who’s this Gillian chick that hasn’t been in for 2 months? We should send her parents a letter or something! Smack this kid into shape!”

The headmaster is apologizing for a “software error”. Hmmm. Sounds like the same excuse I use when my IT department at work asks me why I visit youporn.com everyday. But seriously, apparently the software company, Capita, is apologizing too:

Capita has acknowledged to the school that there is a problem with this part of its software and is working to remedy it.

Specifically the part of the software that mails the parents of deceased students telling them to get their daughter into gear, or else! WTF…
