That is the actual photo on the LAPD wesbite of a fugitive considered armed and dangerous. Look at the photo closely. Can you point out anything that would make this man stick out in public? His mustache? Ok, maybe. But he’s Hispanic. Traditionally, Hispanics love ‘taches. Keep looking. Can’t find it? Maybe it’s that perfectly rectangular piece of cardboard he seemingly has glued to his chest!

But Commodore, I think they are just blurring out his man boobs. Don’t be ridiculous. Never in history has a man had to have his man boobs blurred out. Even Chaz Bono can show “shis” boobs.

Seriously though. How unsightly do your “moobs” have to be for the LAPD, who considers you armed and dangerous in whatever form you have let yourself go to, to sit around and say, “We gotta blur this guy’s tits out. For the kids, man”?
