To be honest this scares me, scares the living shit out of me. I mean, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING? If I was the guy in charge of teaching these ballerinas how to do a damn jumping jack I’d start firing off rounds, no doubt. This is the most basic-ass cardio routine known to man, American or Iraqi. Fucking Polish people can do jumping jacks, I think. I’m pretty sure you could teach a chimp to do them in between sucking its own ass and throwing shits.
