This is an actual email chain between yours truly and ”Dana”, whose email address was listed under the description, “If you have any questions at all about the course, please don’t hesitate to contact me.”

Me: Up until what date can I register for the online training? I know the class tops out at 40. How many people do you have in it right now? When do you anticipate it filling up?

Dana: You may apply for an online course up to 48 business hours prior to the course.

Me: Do you anticipate there will be spots available at that time? How many people out of 40 have signed up so far?

Dana: I do not know how many openings will be available.

Me: Do you know how many people have signed up?

Dana: No.

Me: Would anyone you know have that info?

Dana: Enough to hold the course.

Me: Thanks for clearing that up.
